The 2.9mm lens provides an ultra wide field of view so that there are no blind spots even in very small elevator cabs. The HD-ELT3 supports 4 video formats: AHD, HD-TVI, HDCVI, and analog CCTV (CVBS). This makes this camera compatible with just about any coax cable based surveillance DVR. CCTV Camera Pros captured this demo video by connecting the HD-ELT3 to an iDVR-PRO recorder. The camera was running in AHD video mode (analog high definition) when this video was made. This is sometimes refereed to as "HD CCTV". The video was recorded at 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second. The optional wireless video transmission system enables reliable video in difficult elevator installations where hard wiring the camera to a DVR is not feasible.
