The complainant was walking to his vehicle (shortly after it had been broken into) at his apartment complex, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that he was walking in the parking lot when he was approached by two black males, who were both armed with handguns. The suspects pointed their handguns at the victim and demanded his keys and wallet. The suspects then forced the complainant to lie on the ground and then kicked him in the head.
