The complainant was mowing at a business, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that as he was mowing the lawn, his company lawn truck was parked on the south side of the parking lot. The complainant noticed a vehicle pull up next to his truck, so he stopped and watched. The complainant stated that a black male exited the driver’s door and grabbed his lawn equipment from the back of his truck and then threw it into the rear seat of the suspect vehicle. The complainant then parked his lawn mower in the middle of the driveway in order to block the suspects from leaving. The complainant stated that the suspect then pulled out a gun and pointed it at him, at which point he ran.
