The complainant was sitting at a table at the Raising Canes, in Houston, Texas. As the complainant was sitting at the table with another female, two unknown males walked into the restaurant. The males walked by their table and then turned around to walk out. As the males were about to leave, one of them grabbed the complainant’s cell phone from her hands and ran out of the restaurant with the other male suspect.
