The complainant was at his apartment complex, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that he was approached by three males, who began to threaten him verbally and then demanded his cell phone. When the complainant did not comply, one of the suspects lifted his shirt and displayed a handgun at his waistband. Another suspect then went through the complainants pockets and took his cell phone and money. The suspects then fled in an unknown direction.
