The complainant had just parked his vehicle at his apartment complex parking lot in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that he was walking in the parking lot when two unknown armed males suddenly exited a vehicle and started to chase after him. One of the males caught up to the complainant and struck him in the head with a handgun, causing him to fall to the ground. The suspects then grabbed the complainant’s wallet and cell phone and then fled in a gray SUV, possibly a new model Nissan Pathfinder.
