On Monday, August 31, 2020 at 9:00 pm, the complainant was driving into his apartment complex in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that an unknown male suddenly approached his vehicle and started to hit window with his fist while saying that he needed help. The complainant then unlocked his door, at which time the suspect opened the passenger door, reached into his vehicle, and removed his cell phone. The suspect then walked around to the driver’s side door and assaulted the complainant. The suspect then fled the scene on foot.
